Recently retired I'm interested in ways to confront shame regret during my lifetime.

As a case worker I work with clients of the psychiatric system. I use homeopathic counseling and have already been able to make use of some of the Internal family system insights with one of my clients. I hope we learn to become humanity before destroying the base of life on this beautiful planet!
