I’m elderly, disabled and live on total $700/ month social security. Moved to Mexico because living in USA is not affordable. I signed up for these courses because they are advertised as free. If they are not, I cannot afford them. Not being able to eat, take medication regularly and no health care causes anxiety and stress. If these courses, that were advertised as free have a fee, I cannot afford them
