I graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Psychology. For many years I worked in the field of public relations (in particular, I was the first manager of DHL CIS - it was one of the most wonderful professional experiences). Later I returned to individual psychological counseling. The main method I work with is a humanistic approach. As a psychologist, I try to help women find themselves, increase their self-esteem, and also fight ageism, sexism and any inequality.
