I am here both for myself and understanding my own trauma, and as a professional seeking approaches that make sense to me for my practice. I am a strong advocate for trauma-informed care and am eager to learn and experience all I can from this perspective.

Fiber arts is a method of release and grounding for me. I shared a picture of the yarns I have spun the first 4 months of 2023. I offer them for sale for a time, and the ones that don't sell I eventually pull and knit items with them. My current interest focus is lace and shawls.
