I am a licensed associate counselor (LAC) from New Jersey. My theoretical orientation is integrative, however with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) working with the adult population. I am looking most excited to being able to also integrate more self-compassion led information to pass along to my clients as now, more than ever, we must recognize the importance of self-compassion! :)
