Hello! For the past several years I have been blessed by focusing inward; in doing so I've learned so much about myself, both strengths and weaknesses, and the space I take up in the world. I am 30 days away from becoming a mom and consider myself a "research nerd" and recovery ally! I am eager to add to my own tool box and learn more about healing trauma and the Internal Family Systems. I am greatly learning radical acceptance but nonetheless am eager to be an ally to others also healing and growing 💚
