I am a military veteran, who served in dual services (Air Force and Army), and currently work as a Military and Family Life Counselor at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Excited to learn new ways to support military members and their families in working through shame as a result of participating in events, activities while on extended separations/deployments.
