I am a singing and breathwork practitioner-researcher with a keen interest in all things voice, breath, and compassion. My research centres around Compassion Focused Therapy-informed teaching approaches in the singing studio and the intersections between breathwork and singing. I am also research and evaluation advisor for the Singing for Health Network, a UK-based global membership network dedicated to bridging research and practice.
