I provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy at the DBT Center of Lawrence and Kansas City, LLC. to adolescents and adults. Two years ago I began my personal self-compassion journey in an attempt to better understand what I was encouraging my clients to do in their own work. As a result I cannot get enough information about self-compassion and am so looking forward to this coming week!
