Your CE credits are included with no extra fees when you purchase the Event Training Package. Credits are considered “home study,” “independent study,” or “asynchronous online learning.” You can complete the curriculum and claim your credits anytime over the next 1 year.
This activity has approvals from:
American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP)
Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE)
New York State Boards for Psychologists, Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers and MFTs

What type of CE Credits are available?
This 22.5 CE credit activity includes approvals from:
- The American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP)
- The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- For those in NY, this activity is also approved by the New York State Boards for Psychologists, Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers and MFTs
Psychologists, Counselors, LMFTs, Social Workers and other mental health professionals in most but not all states can use one of these credit options. Can I use this course as an independent CE course or home study?
Yes, this training can also be approved as an independent CE course, online learning course, or as home study for many additional licenses, including the NBCC. A Certificate of Completion is available upon request.
How do I claim/receive credit after purchasing? Is there a post-assessment?
Following purchase, you will be sent login information to your membership library with the summit sessions. CE credits will become available directly after the event concludes on April 25th. After reviewing the Summit content, you will take a short post assessment test and receive your certificate of completion to share with your accrediting body. More detailed instructions will be provided in your membership area.
I'm not sure whether my state/professional board will accept these CE Credits. Can you help?
Psychologists, Counselors, LMFTs, Social Workers and other mental health professionals in most but not all states can use these credits. Is there an extra fee for CE's?
No, your CE’s are fully included when you purchase the Event Training Package. There is no additional charge.
When I share my 2nd free Training Package via the Buy-1, Gift 1 promotion, does my friend/colleague also receive CE's?
Yes! Your friend or colleague will also receive complete access to up to 22.5 CE’s (at no charge), as well as all summit content and extra bonuses. Their package is just as fully featured as yours!

Do I have to claim all 22.5 credits at once?
The 22.5 CE credits are broken into four easy modules which you can claim each independently when you are ready. You can claim full or partial credit and have the option to claim one, two, three or all four modules.
The four modules are:
Compassion in Therapy Summit Day 1: Compassion in Therapy – 4.25 CE credits
Compassion in Therapy Summit Day 2: The Compassionate Therapist – 3.5 CE credits
Compassion in Therapy Summit Day 3: Compassion in the Therapeutic Relationship – 4.75 CE credits
Compassion in Therapy Summit Days 4 & 5: Clinical Applications of Compassion – 10 CE credits
TOTAL: 22.5 CE Credits
Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?
Yes, you will receive a Certificate of Completion when you claim your CE Credits. If you do not need to claim official CE credits, but simply need a formal, personalized Certificate of Completion, one can be provided.
How long do I have to claim the CE Credits? Do I have to complete it all during the event week?
CE credits will become available directly after the event concludes on April 25th. You will have up to a year to claim your CE Credits. We want you to have plenty of time to review all content, reflect, and hopefully integrate it into your lived experience and practice.
I've already purchased the Resource Package. Where do I claim my CE Credit?
You will find instructions to claim your CE Credit clearly displayed within your membership library. You can access your membership library here: Login to Member’s Library. If you can’t locate your password, please use the forgot password option on that page, or contact us at community@theawakenetwork.com
