It gave me permission to access my sadness
She helped me to refocus and assess my foals
I love the phrase : “I am here with you. I love who you are ^ ^”
“If [the tension/ the issue] is overwhelming, please choose something else”. I was shocked by this statement and the nonchalant way it was expressed. The compassion break may not be for everyone, but is there not a more compassionate (and helpful) way to communicate that to people who may have joined the recording with hope for their difficulty?
I interpeted as it was for practional reasons. To be able to run a marathon, you would have to go for a jog first. To be able to test out and try the exercise, you need your frontallobes in place. When you later master the exersice, you can try to work on more troubled matters.
Thank you, Kristin. that was beautiful…like you. Blessings to you & yours! Laura
Hello from Sedlescombe ( UK) , it’s a blessing to have a day off that enables me to participate in this session. I hope to find strength to continue caring for very ill COVID patients at the NHS hospital.
Such a gentle, supportive voice. Thank you Kristin.
Many thanks Dr Kristin ilove MSC -jst like a song….learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all 😘
Many thanks Dr Kristin I love💕MSC – now I can sing loudly … learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all 😘
This experience allowed me to activate love energy which has been difficult due to CFS flight or flight brain state. This practice dropped me into heart space and I felt that sweet flow of love. Truly an antidote to contractive brain/body states.
This summit is a blessing and I say that with loving, compassionate preseence – I FEEL the sweetness of this blessing. Thank you for guiding me back to this feeling state of presence.
Always beautiful 🙏🏻🤍
